Frequently Asked Questions

Can you ship puppies to Canada?
Yes. We can fly into any major airport in Canada.

What determines a puppy's price?
When you purchase one of our puppies you aren't just paying for the quality of the dog, there is a large amount of time invested in each puppy. There are veterinarian expenses, supplies, high quality dog feed, medications, and microchips. Many hours are spent socializing, grooming, and caring for each pup. Some breeds require much more time and attention than others. We don't try to get rich off of our babies but do have to cover the expenses of raising them.

I found the puppy I want! What's next?
Contact us by email to find out if the puppy is still available. We try to keep the webpage up to date but we do work full time so sometimes it is a couple days in between updates. If you are truly serious about a puppy please include your full name, mailing address, and contact phone numbers in your email as we will need that information to book transportation and for the paperwork. We will hold a puppy with a non-refundable deposit of $250. The balance on the puppy and shipping expenses must be paid in full prior to shipping a puppy to you. You can pay for your puppy with Pay pal or by using wire transfer. We do occasionally accept personal checks but they must have 10 days to clear the bank prior to shipping your puppy. Paying by credit card with Pay pal is the safest way to handle the transaction and offers the best protection for both you and us. We can send an invoice through Pay pal that you can use even if you do not have a Pay pal account. We can also take credit card information through our bank's website over the telephone.

How does the puppy get to me? Isn't flying bad for them?
We ship our puppies almost every week. It is very rare for one of them to have a stress related issue because of travel to their new home. We will hold a puppy for an extra week if we are at all concerned about it making it safely to it's new home.

We can fly the pups by air into any major airport. The cost is higher because we live almost 4 hours from the airport so we are using a service that picks the pups up from us and then take them to the airport. THEY COME WITH A CRATE WHEN TRAVEL IS BY AIR. The people who take our puppies do a fantastic job with them. They are also breeders and taking their own puppies to the airport. We do our very best to make sure that your puppy arrives happy, healthy, and clean.

What do you feed the puppies?
We use a high quality/high protein puppy feed by Pro Pac. We recommend that you use this feed if you can find it or at least find a puppy feed that has 26% protein or higher. Dry dog food is best as it helps clean tartar off the teeth keeping the breath fresher. Wet dog food has a high water content and less nutritional value. Our dogs are used to well water. If they don't like your chlorinated water try giving them bottled water.

What do the puppies come with?
Your puppy comes with a packet that includes the registration papers, health record, health certificate from our veterinarian, rabies tag if over 12 weeks old, a signed health guarantee, and puppy care information. You also get continuing customer service. We are here for our customers and the service does not stop with the sale.
